An American shorthair cat, nickname: Yuanbao, 3 years old, male (neutered), 4.1kg,fell from a high-rise building. Positive drawer tests were observed in both hind limb knee joints, for which we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. Intraoperatively, a 15-mm saw blade was used for osteotomy, and the BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm pure titanium locking plate were implanted for bilateral internal fixation. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
