A poodle, 1.5 years old, male, 4kg,suffered from femoral head necrosis. As such, we decided to perform a hip replacement surgery on this dog. Accurate operative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. We did the hip replacement surgery by using a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #1.5 cemented femoral stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog could walk freely 24 hours after the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
