A poodle, nickname: Coffee, 6 years old, male, 5.2kg,suffered from traumatic luxation of the hip joint. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery on Coffee. Intraoperatively, we adopted a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #1.5 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog was able to lift the affected leg during urination one week after the surgery. The dog was very active when going out 10 days after surgery and had a good postoperative recovery.
