Treatment process:

The dog’ship jointof the left hind limbsuffered frompain and persistentlameness for nearly a month. The symptoms did not improve after conservative treatment with oral analgesics. Before the operation, the left hind limb could not bear weight most of the time. The diagnosis result was femoral headavascular necrosis of the left hind limb, and total hip replacement surgery was finally chosen. The function of the affected limb returned to normal at the follow-up 3 months after the operation.
