A Shiba Inu, 1 year old, female, 8kg, suffered from femoral head luxation. As such, we decided to perform a THR surgery on this dog. Intraoperatively, we adopted a φ15mm PEEK cemented cup, a φ12mm+0 femoral head, and a #2 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully. This dog had stitches removed and was discharged 10 days after surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
